Q:  Is there a contract for Gavel Buddy Web?
A:  No!  No contracts!  You only pay for the months you use it.

Q: How strong is the wireless signal?
A: This depends on your router. The average is between 150 and 300 feet. You can purchase equipment that can extend that considerably further.

Q: Do we have to use wireless?
A: No. You can hard wire your devices to the routers LAN ports on the back. A router is required.

Gavel Buddy Web

Q:  What are the minimum requirements to run Gavel Buddy Web?
A:  Any operating system with an Internet browser and an Internet connection is compatible.

Q:  Can I run Gavel Buddy Web without an Internet connection?
A:  No.  If you are interested in running Gavel Buddy without Internet, the Standalone version is what you are looking for.  It is exactly like the Web version, only it doesn’t require the Internet.

Q:  Can you print mailing labels from Gavel Buddy Web?
A:  Yes.  We support many different formats.  Avery 5160, 5161, 5162, 5163, 5164, 8600, L7163, and 3422.

Q: Can we print seller checks directly from Gavel Buddy?
A: Yes. Gavel Buddy is compatible with “wallet” and “voucher” style checks. You can print them individually or print an entire auctions sellers check simultaneously.  3 to a page.  Contact us for more information.

Gavel Buddy Standalone

Q:  What are the minium requirments to run Gavel Buddy Standalone?
A:  Very minimal.  We recommend at least 2GB of RAM, 500 GB of HD space.

Q:  Can you print mailing labels from Gavel Buddy Standalone?
